We're very happy with the work that Neil has done at our house. We've had downlights fitted all over, and they look great--we're really loving them!-- and Neil took care to place them at the most convenient spots in the ceiling for lighting purposes (taking into account the constraints by the beams). He encountered some handicaps on the go: a lot more beams than usual on the first floor ceiling, which meant more work for him to get all the cables through, and hence a delay in his own schedule. He was happy to work until late on a Friday and then most of the Sunday (!) so he could finish everything within the same booking. We appreciated this a lot (thank you!), as it means we can now focus on the redecoration part with all the fitting-phase being completed. He also did a couple of extra things (fitted a new security light in the garden, new kitchen panel, upgraded a couple of things in the fuseboard, dimmer switch) and all good. To cut it short: he works very efficiently and professionally, and takes into account the customers' needs and perspective. Very happy indeed.
