Just had an Ohme Home Charger fitted by Gault Electrical based in Alloa.

Neil was very helpful from the first initial contact, he explained fully what the process was and what role he would play. He arranged the whole process including an updated input supply from Scottish Power (this part was free), and the purchase of an Ohme Home Pro charger.
A very knowledgable electrician who paid attention to deatil, answered all of my questions and took plenty of time on the phone to ensure I knew what was involved, he also encouraged me to seek other quotes, which I did.
The other companies were fine but did not provide the same customer service and level of detail in relation to the quote.

On the day of fitting he explained the process and carried out the work to a high standard, he explained all the work that was carried out and ensured i also inspected it to make sure i was happy. He assited with the setting up of the app's to control the charger and carried out a test charge on my vehicle. My home was left clean and tidy after he finished

We had lost power to our garage after a burst pipe, and Neil came to investigate the problem within a short time of being called. He was very friendly and professional, and managed to identify the underlying problem quickly, leading to a restoration of power with far less disruption than we had feared.
